  1. Position: Network and Integration Professional

  3. Company Profile: Universal Systems Inc. (USI) was founded in 1989 
  4. based out of Fairfax, Virginia. Fairfax is 20 miles west of 
  5. Washington, D.C.. USI is a systems integration firm which 
  6. specializes in imaging systems for Fortune 500 companies. We have
  7. been very successful. Our growth has been 100% for three 
  8. consecutive years.

  10. Job Description: Serious network and hardware integration position
  11. for the Commercial Systems Group. The position is for an experienced
  12. network professional who will be based out of New York City. We have 
  13. several large clients in the area with ongoing work and support
  14. required. Some technical marketing support is required.
  15.  
  16. Requirements: College degree, preferably in Computer Science or
  17. Engineering. 4-5 years of solid experience in systems integration
  18. including desired experience in the following areas:
  19.  
  20.     - Novell NetWare 3.11 & 2.2 (3.11 a must)
  21.     - Basic Unix and TCP/IP knowledge
  22.     - DEC Pathworks, LAN Manager, LAN Server functional knowledge
  23.     - Thorough knowlege of Ethernet and Token Ring topologies
  24.         (on all media types)
  25.     - FDDI experience a plus
  26.  
  27.     - CNE a plus but NOT a requirement
  28.  
  29. Candidate must have good verbal and writing skills. Client contact 
  30. will be a daily event.

  32. Compensation will be negotiated based on experience.
